It was good, steak was what I wanted Mac and Cheese was good, service was so so 45 mins. I had a party of 12 maybe that's the reason overall good place will come back

I never write a negative review view unless I've been to someplace multiple times but with this place once was enough.
I travel for a living and have been to countless Applebee's. Nonetheless, as soon as you walk in the place smelled really funny-bad.
Ridiculously slow service. Lazy inattentive bartender. Stuff all over the floor that employees walking past never bothered to pick it up.
Worst management ever. It's a dump. -

This Apple NEEDS HELP...Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad, lettuce had brown edges,chicken grilled was fried Dry.Two 6oz Steak cooked beyond Medium Rare... tough and mostly unchewable, lots of veins! Green Beans were cold. The kitchen forgot the shrimp on one of the meals..lot of nothing for $60. Beware!

Today re-enforced why I dislike this Applebee's so much. Went just for the Riblets special. Took over 30 minutes for the first order.
Service is terrible. Place was nearly empty and yet it took forever to get service.
Too many good restaurants in Carrollton to waste half my day in this place.
Never stain!
Went today and knew better. Grilled chicken breast: awful flavor. Garlicky green beans: terrible. Flavored with garlic butter. Broccoli ok.
Waitress never returned after serving. Empty water glasses.
Check was rounded up so store picked an additional $.38. No big deal but who do they think they are? How about rounding down! Terrible policy. Will NEVER return. -

I had my dinner delivered tonight by a local delivery company. When I went back into the house I looked in the bag. I had ordered an appetizer and an entree. The appetizer was in the bag but no main course. I called the restaurant and was told the matter would be investigated but it might take a couple of days. Is this what they say to customers eating in? As if that weren't enough the appetizer was stone cold and one item smelled every bit like an old wet cigarette butt. I tried to revive the meal but after only a few bites I had to throw it in the trash. It was that bad. Pitiful, just pitiful.
